Ericka Duker

Ericka Duker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational strategy. At T-Mobile, Ericka served in pivotal roles as Director of HR Strategic Consulting and Director of Employee Experience Strategy from May 2020 to May 2024. Prior to that, Ericka worked at Sprint for a decade, where positions included Director of Staff Operations/Chief of Staff to the CEO, Audit Project Manager, and Auditor II. Ericka's early career included key roles at the Junior League of Kansas City, such as Director of Finance and Assistant Treasurer. Ericka holds an MBA in Accountancy from Rockhurst University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
