Fadi Gerges

Fadi Gerges has extensive experience in customer service and retail management, beginning with a role as a Blended Call Center Senior Agent at Vodafone Egypt from December 2006 to April 2009, where superior service and account management were key responsibilities. Fadi also served as an End to End Billing Specialist, handling audits and customer care transactions. In the retail sector, Fadi worked as a Retail Sales Associate at T-Mobile USA from November 2013 to December 2015, focusing on enhancing customer confidence and experience. Progressing to a Retail Associate Manager at T-Mobile from January 2016 to July 2017, Fadi contributed to team development and inspiration.
