Gabriel Ossa

Gabriel Ossa is a Senior Product Owner at T-Mobile, where they focus on customer-centric business operations and project management. With a career spanning over a decade, Gabriel has held various roles at T-Mobile, including Customer Experience Manager and Retail Sales Representative. They co-founded Digital Innovators and served as a Senior Manager for Customer Experience at USC Events. Gabriel holds an Associate’s Degree in Philosophy from South Puget Sound Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from The Evergreen State College.
