Grant Hoppock

Grant Hoppock is a Sr. AI Strategy Manager at T-Mobile, where they focus on developing AI-powered Virtual Assistants to improve customer interactions and streamline operations. They lead the end-to-end development of AI use cases, collaborating with engineers, designers, and business leaders to enhance automation and customer experiences. Grant previously served as an analyst in business investment analysis at T-Mobile and interned in financial analysis at Sprint. They earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Upstate, where they were also a Division 1 baseball team captain.
