Greg Tappert

Greg Tappert is an accomplished Senior Manager of Business Architecture at T-Mobile, where since January 2017, Greg has developed an innovative Business Architecture practice that fosters a common language across enterprise IT and business. Notable achievements include creating a tailored customer journey model, implementing practical tools to resolve everyday business and IT challenges, and developing a web application utilized by over 3,000 users. Prior to T-Mobile, Greg worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Manager in Technology Strategy & Architecture and as a Senior Consultant, leading significant IT initiatives and improving processes within IT Service Management. Greg also served as the IT Director for Krum Independent School District, successfully managing substantial budget increases and enhancing network services. Academic credentials include an M.B.A. from Texas McCombs School of Business and a B.S. in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas.
