Heather Kipp has extensive experience in human resources and customer engagement, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Frontline Engagement and Customer Experience on the T-Mobile for Business team since January 2020. Prior to this role, Heather worked at T-Mobile from 2005 to 2018 in various positions, including Senior Program Manager for the Care Transformation Team and Senior HR Manager. Heather began her career as a Senior HR Consultant at DIRECTV from 1998 to 2005. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Communication from CSU Monterey Bay, where studies were completed between 1995 and 1998.
