Jacob Saunders has extensive experience in customer service and management within the telecommunications industry. Jacob began a career at Kwik Trip, Inc. from 2003 to 2006, where valuable customer service skills were developed. Following this, Jacob joined Sprint in July 2006 and served as a Supervisor until April 2020. Subsequently, Jacob continued with T-Mobile from April 2020 to May 2022, holding positions as Strategic and Enterprise Coach and Manager of Strategic and Enterprise Care. Jacob earned an Associate’s degree in Marketing from Western Technical College from 2003 to 2006.
