Jay Cole has extensive experience in quality assurance and technology management, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at T-Mobile since April 2020, and previously held multiple managerial roles at Sprint from 1996 to present. Cole's early career includes positions as a Consultant at Intecon and Midwest Consulting Group and as a Systems Test Engineer at Cray Research. Serving in the United States Marine Corps from 1984 to 1988, Cole earned the Good Conduct Medal and the Navy Achievement Medal. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry University, completed in 1991.
