Jeff Coates

Jeff Coates is a senior instructional designer and virtual training manager with over 20 years of experience in learning and development. At T-Mobile, Jeff currently conducts virtual new hire training and has developed processes that elevate both new hire and existing team members. Prior to this, Jeff held several roles at Sprint, where they coached a successful sales team, facilitated training programs, and contributed to the development of a New Hire Training program that significantly improved employee retention. Jeff holds a degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Saginaw Valley State University.
