John Puhak has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked at T-Mobile since 1999. In the current role as Senior Business Analyst, John supports the establishment of SMB Customer Experience Centers. Previous positions include Principal Program Manager III, where John led key projects to ensure successful execution and goal attainment, and Senior Manager - Technical Engineering, providing guidance to a team of engineers to resolve complex technical issues. Additionally, John served as Senior Manager – Network Service Management, supporting major clients with post-sale technical support, and as Line Of Business Owner – Technical Support, overseeing technical documentation and quality assurance across call centers. Prior to T-Mobile, John managed a call center at Gateway. John holds an MBA and a BSM in Management from Baker University, and is pursuing further education at St. Mary's University, alongside completion of the T-Mobile Leadership Development Program.
