Jon Anderson has extensive experience in billing operations and application support within the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Manager Application Support for Billing Issue Resolution and Prevention at T-Mobile since April 2020. Prior to this, Jon held various positions at Sprint from October 2000 to April 2020, including Billing Supervisor and Business Analyst III, where responsibilities included leading teams to resolve global customer billing issues, managing complex billing problem escalation, and collaborating with multiple organizations to drive process improvements. Jon has a strong foundation in project management, root cause analysis, and automation solutions, alongside a solid educational background with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saint Mary and a Bachelor’s degree in History from The University of Kansas.
