Jordan Jackson is an experienced Engineer Systems Design at T-Mobile since April 2020, where responsibilities include creating and leading an apprenticeship program that successfully transitioned nine apprentices to full-time Linux System Administrator roles and overseeing off-hour support, patch, and vulnerability management.
