Kelsey Joyce serves as the Senior Vice President, Legal, and Chief Privacy Officer at T-Mobile, a role assumed in June 2007 following a tenure that commenced when mobile technology was markedly different. In this capacity, Kelsey leads the legal team and advises various departments on legal compliance and pre-litigation disputes, significantly contributing to T-Mobile's Uncarrier movement. Prior experience includes positions as Vice President of Legal Affairs and Senior Director of Legal Affairs, along with roles at Seattle University School of Law as an adjunct professor specializing in Advertising Law. Kelsey’s legal career began at Cozen O'Connor and continued at Corr Cronin LLP, achieving the role of Partner before joining T-Mobile. Kelsey holds a BA (magna cum laude) in geography and political science and a JD (with high honors) from the University of Washington.
