Lance Lukens

Lance Lukens is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in RF engineering and network solutions architecture. Notable roles include RF Engineer III at Ericsson, where Lance led the development of a monitoring system, and Solutions Architect IV, successfully deploying a BPMS that saved over $10M. As a Sr. Strategic Consultant at Sprint Nextel, Lance managed technical teams and developed a network churn prediction model. Subsequent positions at Dittman Associates involved designing telecommunications systems, while as a Member of Technical Staff at T-Mobile, Lance spearheaded AI and ML initiatives.
