Lars Gaarde

Lars Gaarde is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design and audio engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at T-Mobile since 2016, Lars develops sales training materials and collaborates cross-functionally throughout the ADDIE design process. As the Owner and Audio Engineer at Wide Asleep Music since 2002, Lars specializes in audio recording, editing, and production for various media formats. Previously, Lars worked at Apex Learning from 2008 to 2016 in various roles, including Product Marketing Manager, where responsibilities included crafting corporate messaging and training, as well as enhancing proposal response rates as a Proposal Manager. Lars holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Whitworth University, earned in 2006.
