LeVar Lloyd possesses extensive experience in retail management and business development. While at T-Mobile, LeVar advanced from Senior Retail Sales Representative to Retail Associate Manager, ultimately becoming a Retail Store Manager, consistently ranking in the top 10% among over 1900 stores. In the role of Retail Associate Manager, LeVar managed the highest volume retail store in the Chicago Central market, demonstrating strong leadership and coaching skills. Currently, as a Business Development Representative at RE:WORK TRAINING, a nonprofit organization, LeVar focuses on generating outbound leads, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve strategic goals. LeVar holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Northern Illinois University.
