Mark Lange

Mark Lanting is a seasoned professional in the field of occupational therapy and health technology, currently serving as Manager of the Preventive Care Department at Koninklijke Visio since July 2011. In this role, Mark leads a dynamic team focused on the future of healthcare, emphasizing digital and location-independent solutions. As the National Coordinator for Supportive Technology and Communication, Mark provides guidance and support to advisors and trainers while contributing to policy development within the organization. Mark’s experience includes serving as a lecturer in occupational therapy at Hanze and engaging in various projects related to health technology and well-being. Educated with a Master of Science in Healthy Ageing and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from Hanze and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences respectively, Mark also holds extensive experience in addressing ICT challenges for individuals with visual impairments, having been appointed as a national contact person for smartphones and tablets since 2012.
