Mark Potter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in wireless billing operations and project management. From 2003 to 2004, Mark served as Manager of Reference Tables at Sprint Nextel, where a project team was established to standardize subscriber assignments, leading to a 68% decrease in missing cellsite errors. Prior to that, Mark worked at Starz Entertainment, managing contract obligations and sales databases, and held various roles at Nextel, achieving significant improvements in error management and billing processes. Mark progressed to Wireless Billing Operations Manager at Sprint from 2004 to April 2020, leading a team responsible for the billing operations of millions of subscribers. Currently, Mark is the Sr. Manager of Wireless Billing Operations at T-Mobile. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver.
