Marlon Bailey

Marlon Bailey, MM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Sales and Operations at T-Mobile since August 2025, Marlon previously held similar roles at UScellular from October 2018 to August 2025, including Director of Sales and Operations and Retail Area Sales Manager.
