Max Caldwell

Max Caldwell is an experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property law. Currently serving as Managing Corporate Counsel at T-Mobile since August 2015, Max has progressed through various roles including Senior Corporate Counsel and Counsel - Intellectual Property, following T-Mobile's merger with Sprint Corporation in April 2020. Prior experience includes a legal internship focused on intellectual property at American CyberSystems for Sprint Corp., as well as positions at Rehrig Pacific Company as a Processing Engineer and Southwire Company as a Process Engineering Intern. Max holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering Technology from Pittsburg State University.
