Michael Luoma

Michael Luoma is a Senior User Experience Researcher at T-Mobile, where they leverage a range of UX research methods to drive design and enhance user value. Previously, they have held UX researcher roles at PlantShare, ThinkPredict, and Google, conducting in-depth usability testing and user research to inform design decisions. Michael also has experience in sales and education, having worked as an Outside Sales Representative and Senior Language Instructor, where they demonstrated an ability to improve customer satisfaction and deliver engaging curricula. They hold a BA in Economics and Anthropology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a UX Design diploma from General Assembly.
