Prior to this role, Michael worked as an LTE System's Engineer, monitoring RAN and EPC performance. Additionally, Michael has been with T-Mobile since December 1997, holding the position of Wireless System's Engineer, where responsibilities include overseeing RAN and core wireless system performance. Michael earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry of Kansas City between 1998 and 2003.
