Michelle Bright

Michelle Bright is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in systems design engineering and project management, primarily with T-Mobile since July 2017. In the role of Sr. Manager, Systems Design Engineer, Michelle provides strategic leadership for Application Performance Management (APM) and Observability systems. Previous positions include APM Manager and Sr. Project Manager at T-Mobile, where responsibilities involved managing monitoring projects and infrastructure initiatives. Prior to T-Mobile, Michelle held leadership roles at Microsoft, including Sr. IT/OPS Program Manager, and managed a variety of projects at companies such as SATMAP Inc. and Hipcricket. With a strong background in IT consulting and network administration, Michelle has consistently demonstrated a commitment to enhancing customer experience and delivering successful project outcomes.
