Michelle Persaud is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in legal and public policy roles. Currently serving as the Director & Chief Policy Counsel of Strategic Alliances & External Affairs at T-Mobile since October 2007, Michelle plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's public policies. Prior to this position, Michelle was a Founding Member of CHIEF, a network aimed at empowering women executive leaders, from April 2021 to May 2022. Michelle's earlier experience includes working as a Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on the Judiciary, where responsibilities included advising on critical issues such as antitrust law and civil rights. Michelle holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Maryland.
