Olga Roa

Olga Roa is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at T-Mobile since November 2019. In this role, Olga has led program initiatives aimed at optimizing labor and improving customer experience, overseen the digital transformation with the adoption of the Workforce Central (UKG) system, and managed compensation and benefits rollouts for company stores.
