Rachael Lien

Rachael Lien has extensive experience in merchandising and product management, currently serving as the Merchandising Manager at Sunrise Identity since November 2015, where responsibilities include total ownership of the product assortment plan and sourcing for ecommerce and catalog promotional product lines. Prior roles include Assistant Buyer positions at Molbak's Garden + Home and zulily, where product selection, vendor relationships, and negotiation of buying terms were key duties. Rachael also worked at Nordstrom as a Merchandising Assistant and Assistant Department Manager, focusing on customer service, sales floor merchandising, and team management. Rachael holds an Associate of Applied Arts in Fashion Merchandising from The Art Institute of Seattle and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Edmonds College.
