Rashmi Kumar currently serves as a Senior Manager for Smart Labs, Automation & Performance at T-Mobile since May 2020, focusing on performance measurement through automated rendering of technology studies and conducting feasibility assessments via proof of concept testing. Prior to this role, Rashmi held the position of RAN Quality Engineering Manager at T-Mobile, leading efforts to enhance the device/network ecosystem's performance and oversee RAN QA automation development.
