Reck Staggs

Reck Staggs, LPC, CFI, has extensive experience in loss prevention and asset protection, highlighted by a tenure at Walmart Stores, Inc. from 1987 to 2005, where Reck served as a District Loss Prevention Training Supervisor, mentoring new supervisors and managing loss prevention in multiple regions including Canada and Mexico. Since July 2008, Reck has been with T-Mobile, achieving promotions to Senior Regional Loss Prevention Manager and receiving multiple accolades such as Supervisor of the Year. Reck's background includes significant roles in other grocery retail settings, such as Price Chopper Grocery and Wild Oats Markets, demonstrating a strong foundation in inventory management and team leadership, complemented by continued education in Retail Leadership and certifications in loss prevention.
