Rose Shine currently works at T-Mobile in Government Sales Development since April 2023. Prior to this role, Rose spent over 12 years at Taco Mac Sports Grill as a Server Trainer, where responsibilities included training new servers, ensuring food order accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience also includes serving as a Customer Service Representative and Account Manager for Covenant Transport Services from October 2016 to May 2022. An internship at Siskin Hospital For Physical Rehabilitation in early 2014 provided additional experience in training and customer interaction. Rose holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Science and Kinesiology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earned from 2011 to 2014.
