Ryan Brady

Ryan Brady is the Principal Corporate Counsel at T-Mobile, where they handle a wide variety of finance, securities, and corporate governance matters. Previously, Ryan served as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel at T-Mobile, managing complex transactions and SEC filings. They began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, focusing on corporate finance transactions for public and private companies. Ryan earned a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Montana State University-Bozeman, graduating with highest honors in both programs.
