Ryan Hess is currently the Global Head of Labor, Employment, and Immigration Law for T-Mobile, having held the position of Director of Legal Affairs, Labor & Employment since 2021. Previously, Ryan worked at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP as a Partner and Senior Associate, focusing on wage-and-hour litigation and employer counseling. Prior to that, Ryan served in various roles at T-Mobile, including Managing Corporate Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel. Ryan began their legal career after earning a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2008 and a B.A. in Political Science from Shippensburg University in 2005.
