With over six years of experience in ServiceNow platform implementation, support, development, and administration, Sravani has worked on configuring and customizing all aspects of ServiceNow. They previously held positions at Viking Cruises, Union Bank, and Sentara Health Care Centers, where they gathered requirements, developed service catalogs, and implemented ITIL modules. Sravani is pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at Silicon Valley University.
