Stacey Williams

Stacey Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in vendor management and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Vendor Manager at T-Mobile since August 2025, Stacey previously held a similar position at UScellular from June 2023 to August 2025, overseeing strategic vendor relationships to ensure compliance with service standards. Prior to that, as a Customer Service Manager at U.S. Cellular from July 2009 to June 2023, Stacey led a high-performing customer support team dedicated to enhancing service experiences and fostering customer loyalty. Additionally, Stacey served as a Technical Support Manager, where the focus was on resolving complex customer issues efficiently while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
