Steve Sofronas

Steve Sofronas is a passionate UX Sr. Manager at T-Mobile for Business, leveraging a deep background in product design, branding, and user experience challenges. Throughout their career, they have held roles from Art Director at Freestyle USA to Creative Director positions at FNX Studios and Evolve Media, where they developed strategies and led teams across various industries. Steve has also contributed significantly to the design landscape at REI as a Principal Digital Product Design Manager before returning to T-Mobile. They hold a BFA in Advertising Design from Stephen F. Austin State University and are currently pursuing studies at the Art Center College of Design.
