Thomas Dombrowsky is currently the Vice President of Engineering and Technology Policy at T-Mobile, where they lead a team focused on engineering and technical policy issues related to wireless and wireline networks, electromagnetic spectrum, and emerging technologies. Dombrowsky has extensive experience advocating for T-Mobile with various federal government entities, including the FCC and NTIA, addressing issues of network management, cybersecurity, and public safety. Prior to their current role, Dombrowsky served as a Senior Engineering Advisor at Wiley Rein LLP and DLA Piper, and was the Chief of the Licensing and Technical Analysis Branch at the FCC. They hold a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.
