Tom Peldiak

Tom Peldiak is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in product management and strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at T-Mobile since August 2025, Tom oversees a diverse portfolio of connected devices with a focus on profitability and product strategy. Prior to T-Mobile, Tom worked at UScellular from October 2011 to August 2025, where roles included Senior Product Manager for Strategic Initiatives and Senior Product Strategy Manager, impacting IoT, 5G monetization, and long-term roadmaps. Tom's early career involved key positions at Motorola Solutions and Motorola, specializing in product management and software engineering for Public Safety solutions. Tom holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
