Toronta Gaines has extensive experience in network operations and engineering, having held various technical roles since the late 1990s. Beginning career at Sprint from 2003 to 2006, Toronta progressed through positions such as Network Operations Technician II and Network Operation Specialist. Following this, a tenure at Ericsson was completed in 2009, serving as a Network Engineering Specialist. Toronta continued to build expertise at EarthLink from 2010 to 2014 as a Service Activation Tech II before taking on the role of Enterprise Data Activation Engineer at Cbeyond, now a Birch Company, starting in May 2014 and still holding that position. Currently, Toronta is employed at T-Mobile since April 2017 as a Network Operations Technician II. Educational qualifications include a degree from DeVry Institute of Technology, obtained between 1995 and 1998.
