Trevor Iida

Trevor Iida is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee relations, social responsibility, and security operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations & Labor Relations at T-Mobile since January 2018, Trevor focuses on developing and implementing strategies that promote a positive work environment. Prior to T-Mobile, Trevor held leadership roles at Amazon, where responsibilities included upholding social responsibility standards and protecting a large workforce through global security operations. Trevor's career also includes significant contributions to Target as a Senior Group Manager in Global Investigations and the City of Salinas as Director of the Community Safety Alliance. Earlier positions in law enforcement span various ranks, culminating in leadership roles that emphasize community safety and public service. Trevor holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Chapman University and additional executive leadership training from Northwestern University.
