Mor Bardayan

Mor Bardayan has worked for four companies over the past twelve years. From 2022 to present, they have been a Product Owner at T-REX. From 2020 to present, they have been a Learning and Innovation Team Leader at Lotem - IDF Digital & Data Unit, responsible for mapping business needs to process and create functional solution design, liaising between teams, conducting and coordinating tests, and acting as a Product Manager in IT Agile development teams. From 2017 to 2020, they were a HRIS Project Manager at Software AG, responsible for defining scope & objectives, creating a detailed work plan, determining resources, establishing a communication plan, executing according to the project plan, monitoring the progress, and reviewing status with the project’s management team. From 2009 to 2017, they were a Customer Solutions Specialist, Product Manager, and QA at Britannica Knowledge Systems. Mor was experienced in leading complex business solutions and projects, proficient in implementation methodologies, Technological skills, and Customer management skills, and had a broad business knowledge and understanding of Enterprise companies, IT business and operational processes.

Mor Bardayan attended Holon Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Learning Technologies.
