Producing on-demand, custom-sized corrugated shipping boxes allows our customers to right-size their packaging which greatly reduces damage during shipping, lowers their shipping costs, greatly reduces or eliminates the need to purchase and store thousands of unused boxes, saves labor cost from stocking retrieving boxes, reduces the amount of inner packing that is needed, increases sustainability and creates a safer work environment; all of which greatly reduces overall costs, and increases productivity and profitability.

T-ROC Equipment is the original On-Demand Box Making Machine company. Our founder, Ron Cowell, patented his design for an automated box making machine in 1986. Our Heavy-Duty Box Maker is the only automated box making machine that is designed and manufactured in the United States. We have sold over 500 machines worldwide, and we have machines that have been running for over 20 years: proving our equipment’s durability and dependability. Also, with T-ROC machines, our customers are not locked into a materials contract which gives them the freedom to find the best pricing that the market can offers. At T-ROC Equipment, we truly want to see our customers succeed and that is why we have made our equipment and our customer service second to none.
