David Smith

David Smith is an experienced Port Engineer at T-Solutions, Inc. since February 2023 and has served as a Navy Chief Warrant Officer and Engineer in the US Navy since February 1995. David holds a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Liberty University and multiple certificates from Villanova University, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma, and Six Sigma Green Belt. Additionally, David obtained a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Columbia College.
