Ferran Bals

Ferran Bals is a Functional Analyst and Product Owner currently at T-Systems Iberia, where they translate business needs into functional requirements and bridge communication between users and technical teams. Previously, Ferran served as a Business Analyst and Product Owner at Betika, enhancing project management practices and acting as a subject matter expert. Ferran has also worked in various roles such as Software Business Analyst at Aizon and Product Owner at Forte, where they led cross-functional teams and implemented process improvements. Ferran holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and a Postgraduate Degree in Full-Stack Web Technologies from UPC School.
