Javier Suarez

Javier Suarez has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to technology and solution design. Javier began their career as a Communications and Systems Consultant at ICS before joining Telefónica as a Tech Leader in UNIX and Storage. Javier then worked at BUSINESS INTEGRATION as a Presales Senior Consultant and Project Manager. Following that, they joined T-Systems as an Architect and Bid Manager for Consulting and Solution Sales. In 2017, Javier moved to T-Systems Iberia as a Solution Architect AI, where they led the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence team. Throughout their career, Javier has been involved in projects related to AI, Machine Learning, NLP, IoT, Advanced Analytics, Big Data, backup solutions, consolidation and relocation of data centers, and virtualization. Javier has also conducted research in Artificial Intelligence, specifically Neural Networks and Fuzzy Logic.

Javier Suarez earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Deusto from 1991 to 1996. Javier then completed the CITIUS Postgraduate Training Program in Economy, Business, and Computer Science at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 1996 to 1997. Javier also holds additional certifications, including Cloud Computing Applications, Building a Data Science Team, Data Science Tools, and Strategies for Managing Technical Teams. Javier is currently pursuing the Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate certification. Javier has also expressed interest in Machine Learning at Stanford University.
