Андрей Рыжков

Андрей Рыжков is a seasoned project program manager at Техносерв, responsible for overseeing the development of advanced traffic violation monitoring systems and data processing centers. They previously held various leadership roles, including Technical Director at Энфорта, where they launched a telecommunications branch in the Murmansk region, and Project Manager at Ростелеком, leading the construction of infrastructure for the Olympic Games. Their extensive experience also encompasses engineering positions in the military and significant project management in mobile communication networks.
