John Martinez is an experienced medical professional with a robust background in emergency response and paramedic training. Currently serving as a Medical Instructor at Tier 1 Group, LLC since November 2022 and the Chief Executive Officer of Fight or Flight Medical Consultants since January 2022, John focuses on providing essential tools and resources for trauma resuscitation and point of injury care. In a previous role as Course Director at Velocity, John modernized the Pararescue Paramedic Provider Course. With a longstanding career in the US Navy from May 1998 to August 2021 as a Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman, John brings extensive expertise in special forces medical training.
