William Brown has a diverse range of work experience. William started their career at Harris Teeter in 2002, where they worked in customer service for 12 years. In 2014, they joined Apple as a Genius and remained there for seven years. Currently, they are working at T1V, Inc. as a Customer Support Associate and Support Software Developer, starting in 2021.
William Brown obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they attended from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Recording Arts Technology/Technician at Guildford Technical Community College, where they studied from 2004 to 2011.
In addition to their formal education, William Brown also obtained a certification as an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician from Apple in August 2014.
