Jim Roach has had a long and varied career in the automotive industry. Jim began their career in 1978 as a Salesman at Houston Area Automobile Dealerships, eventually becoming a Dealer Principal. In 1991, they became President at Dealer Management Corporation. In 1995, they founded Omega Dealer Services, a company providing insurance and administration for automobile dealers finance and insurance reserve chargebacks, which was later purchased by StoneEagle. In 1997, they founded both St James Consulting Group, LLC, a private security firm, and Intrametrics Corporation, a data extraction company. In 2009, they worked as a General Agent and Consultant for AutoAlert, LLC. Finally, in 2014, they founded T2 Modus, LLC, a Data Science company focused in the retail automotive and related verticals. Jim has also served as Principal Trumpet for the Richardson Symphony Orchestra since 2010.
Jim Roach attended Rice University from 1977 to 1979, where they completed Graduate Studies. Jim then attended Northwestern University from 1979 to 1982, where they completed a Graduate degree. Additionally, in 1984, they obtained a Texas Peace Officer TCLOSE certification from TCLOSE, and in October 2020, they obtained a Licensed Private Investigator certification from the Texas Department of Public Safety.
