Niranjan T. possesses extensive experience in analytics, transformation, and data science, having held key positions at various organizations. From March 2022 to February 2024, Niranjan served as Data Science Manager at L'Oréal, following a role as Strategy Manager for Analytics Transformation at Woolworths Group from February 2024 to January 2025. Previous roles include Transformation & Analytics Specialist at Toll Group and Consultant Co-Founder at Analytics Impact Partners. Earlier, Niranjan was a Senior Consultant at Kearney and progressed through roles at Tata Consultancy Services, including Business Analyst Lead and Business Analyst. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli and a Bachelor of Technology from the University of Kerala, with further training from Melbourne Business School. Currently, Niranjan is the Head of Data Science & Strategy at T2 Tea, starting in January 2025.
