AT T2 TRAINING

WE ONLY BELIEVE IN ONE WAY OF TRAINING... THE RIGHT WAY!

While every client has a different fitness level, and many have unique goals, We hold ourselves ethically responsible for delivering the most current evidence based training methodologies. Our clients deserve to be educated by real fitness professionals. All of our trainers hold advanced specializations, certifications, and degrees in their field. Our training programs are built on top of scientifically backed research and tailored specifically for each clients ability. To reach any goal, you must follow the appropriate course of action. Anyone with gym experience can randomly select exercises and push someone through a workout, However, a properly designed training program will deliver faster results, progress a client towards their goals, and minimize the risk of injury in and out of the gym.

"A trainer should have a thorough understanding of proper exercise progression, ideal kinetic chain alignment, and the appropriate corrective exercise strategies for improving the most common movement compensations and impairments." - Thomas Terrell
