T2D Concepts is the purpose-driven hospitality group behind Roots Chicken Shak, Roots Southern Table, Radici Wood Fired Grill,  and ‘Shef Tiffany (spice and apparel line). Fueled by a spirit of service and a deep-rooted passion to drive social change, co-founders Chef Tiffany Derry and Tom Foley, Esq. aim to drive greater equitable opportunity in the hospitality industry. 

T2D Concepts’ vision expands beyond the restaurants’ doors to create lasting change in the communities they serve. In order to drive economic opportunity for all, Tom and Tiffany ensure everyone is invited to the table and has equal opportunity to thrive. The pair has established an innovative operations and strategic funding model to expand the Roots Chicken Shak footprint by providing incentives and opportunities for female chefs of color to operate their own franchise.

They are also fierce advocates for social justice and equality across gender, race and food access from advocating on the Hill for sustainable food policies, to providing mentorship opportunities for female and minority entrepreneurs, and holding corporate workshops for D&I. Tom and Tiffany invite you to the table to partake in good food and stimulating conversations to create a better world for all.
